The client acknowledges that ADVISORY is not therapy or counseling and that the ADVISOR does not offer medical, legal, or SPECIFIC financial advice. The life ADVISOR is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on the ADVISORY sessions.
II. Assumption of Risk:
The client acknowledges that participating in ADVISORY sessions involves certain risks, including but not limited to, emotional discomfort, personal growth challenges, and changes in personal relationships or career paths. The client assumes all risks associated with participating in ADVISORY services.
III. Client Responsibility:
The client acknowledges that the effectiveness of ADVISORY SESSIONS depends on their active participation, honesty, and commitment to the ADVISORY process. The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
IV. Confidentiality:
The life ADVISOR agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during ADVISORY sessions, except in situations where disclosure is required by law or where the client poses a danger to themselves or others.
The client agrees not to disclose confidential information shared by the ADVISOR to third parties without the ADVISORS consent.
V. Release of Liability:
The client releases the ADVISORS and their affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the ADVISORY services provided.
VI. Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the ADVISOR and their affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the client's breach of these terms and conditions or their participation in ADVISORY services.
VII. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

**6. Cancellation Policy**
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a Advisory session. Notice should be provided via email Links or use of the online scheduler.
Cancellation Fee: If a client cancels or reschedules a session with less than 48 hours' notice, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session fee. This fee is intended to compensate the Advisor for the time that was reserved for the session.
Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or family emergencies. Clients must notify the Advisor as soon as possible in such situations to discuss potential alternatives.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without incurring a cancellation fee if they provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to the Advisor’s availability, and every effort will be made to accommodate the client's request.
No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled Advisory session without providing any notice ("no-show"), they will be charged the full session fee.
Payment of Fees: Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the client and must be paid within 14 days of the cancellation date. Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in suspension of Advisory services until outstanding fees are settled.
Communication: It is the client's responsibility to communicate any changes to their schedule or unforeseen circumstances that may affect their ability to attend an Advisory session. Open and timely communication is essential to maintaining a positive Advisory relationship.
Agreement: By engaging in advisory services with the Advisor, clients agree to abide by these cancellation terms and conditions.
**7. Confidentiality**
The Advisor will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during Advisory sessions, except as required by law.
Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of other clients and their information.
**8. Website Content**
All content on [AMHO], including text, images, and multimedia, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of any website content is prohibited.
